As a new generation of sintering device developed by our company independently, such device is used for manufacturing of various pure PTFE and filling modified PTFE products.

The sintering of PTFE products means a key link during the process of forming and will directly impact the physical, mechanical and electric characteristics. Therefore, the evenness of sintering temperature, cooling speed and hearth temperature shall be controlled rigidly so as to deliver the desired molecular weight, crystallinity and porosity and to remove the residual stress of products and to prevent deformation and disintegrating.

With high insulating property, the temperature in the hearth is even, while the sintering curve, fixed time value and temperature value can be set up. The error of working temperature inside the hearth is at +-1 centigrade and there is no error within a period 1, 000hr of operation.

With the stainless steel-made hearths inner bag and turntable, they will not rust.

The waste gas is discharged from the pipe after the purification by activated carbon, without pollution and with good environmental-friendly performance.

This series furnace is classified as single-group program-controlled sintering furnace, multi-group program-controlled sintering furnace and network multi-group program-controlled sintering furnace according to various control systems.

Single-group program-controlled furnace: Any sintering curve can be programmed as required and the rise time and temperature, constant temperature time and temperature remain the same after the startup of the unit.

Multi-group program-controlled sintering furnace: Multiple groups of sintering curve can be programmed and called as required according to the sintering requirements of products.

Network multi-group program-controlled furnace: Capable of paperless recording and group-unrestricted programming. Its sintering records can last one year. The multiple sintering furnaces can be operated at the same time and the remote control is available.
